We pride ourselves on our high-quality products, but if a product is faulty please let us know within 7 days including your proof of purchase. We will then arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will be happy to refund or replace it with something different as long as you let us know within 7 days including your proof of purchase. You will need to arrange the return of the product(s) to us and cover the cost for carriage.
All products that are returned must be in their original condition and packaging (not used, or defaced in any way).
Returns will be credited within 7 days of us receiving the items.
